All hosts offering properties on our platform agree to treat guests equally regardless of the following characteristics:

- Nationality
- Religion or belief
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Age
- Disability
- Marital status
What counts as discrimination
Discrimination can take different forms, including:
- Rejecting a booking on the basis of the characteristics listed above
- Different prices or conditions for certain groups
- Discriminatory comments in reviews or messages
Consequences
Violations of this policy may lead to permanent suspension of the account. We cooperate with the relevant authorities when necessary.
