Frequently asked questions
How do I book a property?
Enter your destination, travel dates, and the number of guests on the home page. Choose a property from the search results and click “Send booking request”. The host usually confirms your request within 24 hours.
How do I create an account?
Click “Sign in” in the top right corner. You can register with your email address. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
How do I contact a host?
On every property page, you will find a “Message the host” button. This allows you to ask questions directly before sending a booking request.
What happens if I have a problem during my stay?
Contact your host first. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact our support team at support@neolodge.de. We will help you as quickly as possible.
How do I leave a review?
After your stay, you will receive an email invitation to leave a review. You can also submit a review in your profile under “My trips”.
